Refund Policy

Medicines once delivered will not be returned if there seal is broken or packaging has been opened. Also, medicines can only be returned within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer will only be refunded once the medicine has been sent back to us and we have checked it for damages or missing items. Also the cost of return transportation has to be worn by the customer.
